Reading Logs are worth 25% of the Language Arts grade. They are distributed every Friday and collected the following Friday.  Reading logs should be signed by a parent once a week.  Students are responsible for reading at least 20 minutes a night and recording their reading on the log.  Students are encouraged, but not limited to, reading AR books, newspaper articles, appropriate magazines, stories from the Literature book, or textbooks for other classes.
